Coffee time in Coventry

After a hectic Boxing Day visiting family in the Midlands,me n the BFM family (wife and two kiddies) had a beautiful coffee in the Kahawa Cafe. Kahawa is Swahili for coffee and the coffee tasted as exotic as the name.I had a wonderful cappuccino with amaretto flavoured shot and my wife had a caramel hot chocolate. We had delicious caramelised biscuits,a croissant and waffles with syrup, mmmmm.

The proprietor and his lovely wife served us and sat with us and really made us feel at home.It was quiet as it was early and Kahawa is in the “estate agents row” of Coventry, which were all closed!!! The coffee shop was extremely busy (I was reliably informed) by Bally the proprietor.
The Kahawa is a breath of fresh air in the busy market of coffee shops in Coventry and definitely has the legs to challenge the big boys!!!

The BFM spreads the food love!!
