Hi all BFM on lunch duty for my wee gal. My twist on croque Monsieur, using some white Annaghmore mushrooms.
I half toasted two slices of bread, grated some extra mature cheddar cheese, and placed equally on the toast. I then cut a whole white mushroom and placed in one toast and grilled for a few minutes. Then I placed the ham on the cheese on the other toast and closed the sandwich, quartered it and ready for tomorrow’s lunch.
Once again the BFM shares the food love!!! Ciao for now
