The BFM was at the Continental Market today and had to try a burger. Not just any burger but a luxury double decker, kangaroo and wild boar with onions served in a lovely freshly baked burger bun made by the patisserie and served by big Paddy.
Aaron is the boss and I had a wee chat with him. He and his wife are based in Preston. They get their meat from around the world and its all processed in Preston. They only do markets,speciality shows and Christmas Markets and no retail.
You can buy frozen burgers or thawed burgers which would need to be cooked straight away.
The weekend trade has been hit by health and safety as there is a maximum number of people allowed in,hence queues everywhere. Best time to come is during the week!!!! Hope we don’t get any other distractions.
