Yep it sure was!!! I heated 1/2 teaspoon veggie oil in non stick pan and then added a Skea egg. Fried gently for two minutes-meanwhile toast was in toaster. After turning the egg I further cooked for two minutes to get a runny yolk. I then turned onto a warmed plate and finished the toast in the same pan as I used to fry the egg. Then served the egg on the toast and sprinkled with plenty of freshly milled black pepper, Maldron sea salt and Tabasco. I let the yolk soak into the bread…..amazing and so simple!!!!!
