I cooked the 6 sausages in my halogen oven for 15 minutes on 200oC, turning over a couple of times and slicing length wise to finish. Now I’ve tasted other chicken sausages before and these are comparable. My wife did say they tasted differently from the Ines at the show which were cooked in a George Foreman. I felt that, although very lean, they missed a tad of flavour, hence the addition of sauces as per pictures.
The major upside is that they were lean and held there shape very well, coloured well and were moist!! I had to add salt and pepper to flavour. All in all a good product with room for enhancement.
